Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to resolve it promptly.

If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, we will replace it at no additional cost, including the courier fees.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon receiving it, you may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Please note the following conditions:

  • Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, the cost of return shipping and any applicable exchange courier fees will be the customer's responsibility.
  • All returned or exchanged items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging, where applicable.
  • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, assembled, or retained for an extended period after delivery.

As all custom-made items are manufactured specifically to your requirements, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless the product is faulty or does not meet the agreed specifications.
