Product Use & Liability

All Klim & Klouter products are designed as children’s play and learning equipment and must be used responsibly and under appropriate adult supervision at all times.

By purchasing and using Klim & Klouter products, the customer acknowledges and agrees that use of these products involves inherent risks associated with children’s play and physical activity, including the risk of falls, bumps, or other minor injuries.

Klim & Klouter products must be assembled, installed, and used strictly in accordance with the provided instructions and recommended age guidelines. The products must be used on suitable surfaces and in a safe environment.

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Klim & Klouter, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from:

• improper assembly, installation, or maintenance of the product
• use of the product other than for its intended purpose
• lack of appropriate adult supervision
• normal wear and tear, misuse, modification, or alteration of the product
• failure to follow the provided safety instructions and guidelines

The customer accepts that all Klim & Klouter products are used at their own risk.

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any rights that consumers may have under the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa where such limitation or exclusion is not legally permitted.
